Located on a semi-private street that backs to the National Forest, this cabin offers easy access to hiking and sledding adventures. Experience ultimate comfort in the primary bedroom with a large log king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and an LCD smart TV, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and a separate twin bed, also equipped with an LCD smart TV. The second bathroom with a skylight is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms are furnished with new flat-screen TVs, Charter Cable, and smart TV apps including Netflix. The modern and clean kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, making it a dream for family cooks. Its open floor plan connects seamlessly to the dining area and living room, ensuring everyone can be part of the fun. The living room is stylishly modern and features a beautiful river rock gas fireplace.

Guest have Access to entire house. Including Spa. There is also additional RV Parking in back of property.
City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from $500 to up to $10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply. You must be over 25 to book. Person booking will be responsible for all fines. 1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for hefty fine and immediate eviction. 2. No amplified music outside. Including any type of speaker or instrument. Inside music must be played at a level where it cannot be heard outside the cabin. 3. No outside noise after 10pm. This is a mountain community has nearby resident that are not on vacation. Outside voices carry in the canyons. This is also a cause for fine and eviction. 4. Parking only allowed in Driveways. No street parking. Please make sure you are aware of the amount of cars the driveway holds. You will have no other place to park and will be fined for extra cars. 5. No Smoking allowed. No outside fires including firepits. Highly illegal in the mountains. 6. Please wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at check out. The City of Big Bear Lake has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City have given neighbors a direct 24 hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed. We want you to enjoy the beauty Big Bear offers however outdoor noise and over crowded parking will not be tolerated by the City. We trust we will have your full cooperation and have an amazing time in the Mountains.

We love the quiet street. The backyard is the National Forest. Which is great for hiking and sledding in the Winter. You can even take a nice stroll to the Village for some great coffee or desserts.
Big Bear offers Uber. Great choice for a night in the Village or Oktoberfest at the Convention Center.

This house was the perfect spot for our family. The location is phenomenal and exactly what is advertised. We loved the hiking trails that were accessible from the backyard and the walk to the village was easy. The spa was a great perk and the outdoor area was very peaceful and serene. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The cabin is very cozy and the location is great. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. They had the perfect set up for a family. We brought my toddler and baby, and the cabin was stocked with a portable crib and high chair for us to use. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

After a night staying in this airbnb, I absolutely love it, especially the hot tub. The owners left it clean and spotless before we check in, easy communication. However, at night the rooms get hotter since the heater have to be on at all time but other than that, it’s worth the spent.
Home located at gook location. You can see snow from balcony. No issue on location. We have only issue with light. We reached home at 06:00 pm and it was dark already. There is no light on outside. How person can walk on steps without light ? We have 2 twins boys and 2 old people so we used phone battery to guide them stairs and also we used during unloading our stuff and put in house. It was so hard and painful. Also light was not repairs for next day also. Also light above dinning table was not working. Other than that everything is good.
