Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway. Enjoy the convenience of fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and smart TVs in every room, ensuring entertainment for everyone. The living room even features a fun MS. Pacman video game, perfect for nostalgic gaming sessions.
Located on a semi-private street that backs to the National Forest, this cabin offers easy access to hiking and sledding adventures. Experience ultimate comfort in the primary bedroom with a large log king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and an LCD smart TV, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and a separate twin bed, also equipped with an LCD smart TV. The second bathroom with a skylight is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms have flat-screen Smart TVs with Spectrum cable and streaming apps like Netflix. The modern and clean kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, making it a dream for family cooks. Its open floor plan connects seamlessly to the dining area and living room, ensuring everyone can be part of the fun. The living room is stylishly modern and features a beautiful river rock gas fireplace with gas logs (just turn the key and light it).
Indulge in relaxation with the amazing private LED spa on the cabin's premises. The spa offers color-changing lights and a soothing waterfall feature, perfect for unwinding under the starry night sky. The front deck also includes a propane BBQ, ideal for grilling your favorite meals.
Take a leisurely walk to the village and explore the charming bakeries, restaurants, and stores. Please note that pets are not allowed in the cabin.
Easy keypad self check-in. The whole cabin, the decks and the hot tub are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway (no street or garage parking). There is also RV parking at the back of the property.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 8 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 3 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.

We love the quiet street. The backyard is the National Forest. Which is great for hiking and sledding in the Winter. You can even take a nice stroll to the Village for some great coffee or desserts.
Walk to the Village for dining and shopping. The lake is a 3-minute drive and Snow Summit about 5 minutes, and Uber is available in Big Bear, handy for a night out in the Village or Oktoberfest at the Convention Center. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

First off I would love to say the house is amazing the view is even better and the area is quiet and private , felt like home and looked exactly like the photos described them Mario was a great host this booking was last minute but he made it happen for me and my family we enjoyed this stay and would recommend to other family’s etc , ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Warning as I didn't read into it properly the hill to reach the property is very steep. Good location to the village though, only a 16 min walk.

We loved the hiking trails that were accessible from the backyard and the walk to the village was easy. The spa was a great perk and the outdoor area was very peaceful and serene. Will definitely be back!

Erica CuetoWe had a great stay! The cabin is very cozy and the location is great. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. They had the perfect set up for a family. We brought my toddler and baby, and the cabin was stocked with a portable crib and high chair for us to use. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
