This single-story 3-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 8 and is within walking distance of the Polo Grounds, home of Coachella and Stagecoach.

Step outside to your private desert retreat: a sparkling pool and spa (spa heat included), a fire pit for evenings under the stars, a covered patio with a custom natural-gas BBQ island, and a grassy lawn with Adirondack chairs looking out over the running creek.
Inside, the open living and dining area has room for everyone, and the kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar for quick bites. Stay comfortable with central air controlled by a Nest thermostat, fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout.
Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms:
Primary suite with King bed and ensuite bath (double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower) · Bedroom 2 with Queen bed and its own private bath · Bunk room with twin-over-full bunk and a pull-out twin, next to the hall bath (tub/shower)
Laundry room and garage parking included. Pool heating is available for $75 per day (2-day minimum; not needed in summer). No pets, please.

We'd love to host guests looking to relax and enjoy the desert. To keep things peaceful for everyone:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties, events or outside visitors, and no pets.
• This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep outdoor noise down after 9:00 PM, with no amplified music outside. Indio code enforcement is strict, and any disturbance complaint results in a $500 fine.
• Pool safety: no lifeguard on duty and no diving. Please supervise children at all times.
• Spa heating is included. Pool heating is $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer).
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
• For your security, a Ring camera monitors the exterior of the home.
Located in the gated Indian Palms Country Club, within walking distance of the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 casinos are a short drive away, along with dozens of Coachella Valley golf courses, Old Town La Quinta's shops and restaurants, and El Paseo in Palm Desert. Joshua Tree National Park makes an easy day trip.
A car is the easiest way to explore the Coachella Valley, and the home includes garage parking. The Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach) is within walking distance, so on festival weekends you can skip the traffic and shuttles entirely. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30–35 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are widely available. Indian Palms is a gated community, and gate access instructions will be sent before your arrival.

Yafit MoradFirst time using this platform and it was a great getaway from the city fireworks that are non-stop. Overall it was great with a lot of helpful information pre-trip. The interior was amazing and very well kept as well as just about all the essentials needed for cooking and cleaning. I will make a note that the pool area was not in the greatest condition optics and upkeep wise. The lounge chairs were very weathered and old with one of them having a large hole in it leaving it basically unusable. The pool had a good amount of leaves which is understandable for a desert but there looked to be a ring of dirt or mold around the entire ledge of the pool which is not how it is pictured. Great stay but the exterior could use some TLC asap.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean, and had the most lovely and spacious kitchen with every amenity one could ask for! Our kids had a blast in the swimming pool and were super sad to leave. I would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could!

Anush ManaseryanIt was a very pleasant experience to stay at this residence. Living space is specious and comfortable. The host is very pleasant and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Everything was easy to find. Big plus that rental was equipped to host babies / toddlers. Besides available play pan and high chair, the host even had baby spoon/fork available which was very appreciated. Just a note: the pool looks bigger and deeper on the pictures then in real life but we still enjoyed it. Perfect for kids.
