Nestled within the secure and gated Indian Palms Country Club, our charming pool and spa home offers the ideal proximity for a leisurely stroll to the Polo Grounds. Home offers three private bedrooms, each accompanied by its own full bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
This desert property offers an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. The backyard features a refreshing swimming pool and a relaxing spa, all set against the backdrop of a tranquil running creek. For culinary enthusiasts, the custom-built BBQ island beckons, providing an ideal spot for grilling your favorite dishes while enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, the open grass area adjacent to the property offers ample space for outdoor activities such as catch or frisbee.
Indoors, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and elegant granite countertops. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed along with an ensuite bathroom for your convenience. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own private full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a playful bunk bed arrangement, featuring a twin on the top bunk, a full bed on the bottom, and a retractable twin bed. The third bathroom is conveniently situated adjacent to the bunk bed room.
Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed WiFi operating on a 5G network, and indulge in your favorite entertainment via Smart LED TVs. Climate control is effortless with a Nest thermostat regulating the central air conditioning and heating. Your privacy is assured with garage parking.
The location is within walking distance of the Polo Ground event area, which includes renowned events such as Coachella and Stage Coach Festival. Additionally, you'll find a wealth of excellent dining options and entertainment venues nearby.
Should you desire pool heating, it is available for an additional fee of $75 per day, with a minimum requirement of 2 days. Spa heating is included at no extra charge.

No Noise after 9:00pm especially outside. Please be considerate to neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. $500 fine if code compliance arrives for any disturbance complaints. We are looking for guests who want to chill out and get away. No loud amplified noise outside or any disturbances to neighbors. Must wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at checkout. The house was beautiful and extremely clean, and had the most lovely and spacious kitchen with every amenity one could ask for! Our kids had a blast in the swimming pool and were super sad to leave. Anush ManaseryanIt was a very pleasant experience to stay at this residence. Living space is specious and comfortable. The host is very pleasant and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Everything was easy to find. Big plus that rental was equipped to host babies / toddlers. Besides available play pan and high chair, the host even had baby spoon/fork available which was very appreciated. Just a note: the pool looks bigger and deeper on the pictures then in real life but we still enjoyed it. Perfect for kids.

The house was exactly what we were looking for—honestly the perfect place for our trip. We spent most of our time outside by the pool, which was definitely a highlight. We were in town for Stagecoach, so the location was super convenient and made getting to and from the venue really easy. It checked all of our boxes. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and overall everything matched the listing. A couple small things: the beds could be a bit more comfortable, and it would’ve been nice to have body wash provided in the showers. But those were minor compared to how great everything else was. Check-in was easy and the host was so responsive throughout the whole stay! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Older country club community but newer house in newer area of the community. House was very clean and updated. Backyard with pool, spa and lounge area was great!
We had a very relaxing weekend getaway here! The views of the mountains were incredible and the pool and hot tub were great as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone :)
I had a wonderful stay! The home was comfortable and everything was easy to navigate. The area was perfectly peaceful, the hot tub and pool were wonderful, and I felt very at home. Listers were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! :)
