Outdoors, you'll find a relaxing jetted hot tub and a convenient propane BBQ on a wooden deck, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. Inside, the cabin boasts high wooden ceilings, an open floor plan, and generously sized bedrooms with comfortable beds.
For entertainment, there's a slate pool table on the spacious upper loft, providing hours of fun for all. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a handy breakfast bar for casual meals. Stay connected with Frontier fiber-optic Wi-Fi, with fast speeds up to 500 Mbps. Plus, there's a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The cabin is equipped with five smart LCD TVs, allowing you to stream Netflix or your favorite smart channels. Its location steps to Snow Summit. It is just a 5-minute drive from the lake and village, ensuring you're never far from the area's attractions. Nestled on a charming and tranquil street, you can also embark on beautiful walks directly from the cabin, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings.
You have the entire cabin to yourselves, including the hot tub and game room. Self check-in, and the driveway fits up to 3 cars.
Big Bear Lake's vacation rental ordinance is enforced by the City, and the person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations. To keep things peaceful for everyone:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties or events.
• No amplified music or instruments outside, and please keep indoor music at a level that can't be heard outside.
• Please keep outdoor voices down after 10:00 PM (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound travels in the mountains, and neighbors live here year-round.
• Park in the driveway only, which fits up to 3 cars per city ordinance (no street parking).
• No smoking, and no outdoor fires or fire pits (not allowed in the mountains).
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.

Mario's place was in an excellent location close to the Mountain. Plenty of parking on the driveway and everything which you could need in the house. All the instructions for checkin and details were clear and easy to follow. Mario was very accommodating for anything which we needed. I would definitely recommend.

The hosts were very prepared with detailed instructions covering the entire trip. The location was steps to Snow Summit and very easy to walk to with gear. Very close to the Village and walkable to restaurants. The hot tub was a nice touch after being on the mountain. The house has lots of kitchen items that were very useful. Wonderful stay for my family we would stay again!
Mario & Ivette were such great hosts. They provided detailed attention and answered questions before and during our stay. Their place is awesome and just a block away from Snow Summit.
