The open living area has soaring beamed ceilings, a skylight and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and the kitchen has new quartz counters and bar seating. Updated bathrooms, Smart TVs, Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and keypad self check-in. Step out to the wrap-around deck with a propane BBQ. The Village and the lake are a 5-minute drive.
Inside, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, and enjoy fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and Smart TVs streaming Spectrum Cable, Netflix, and your favorite apps. Our clean, comfortable, and inviting cabin accommodates up to six guests, with a primary bedroom boasting a plush king-size bed and a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and share a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and there's a half bathroom upstairs next to the living area, while the living area has a fold-out full bed from the couch for additional sleeping space.
Fresh, clean linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for all beds.
Located on a quiet street, the cabin offers a true mountain feel and the convenience of a 3-minute walk to Snow Summit without having to worry about paying for or finding parking.
The mud room by the door is the perfect spot for boots, skis and winter gear.

Easy keypad self check-in. Guests have the entire cabin, including the fireplace, the wrap-around deck and the propane BBQ. Parking for 2 cars on the property (no street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 6 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking. Sorry, no pets.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 2 cars on the property. No street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations (up to $1,000).
• Please take your trash to the Garstin Rd trash site (41970 Garstin Rd) and wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
• Leave any ashes in the fireplace. We'll clean it.

Mario and Ivette’s place was beyond beautiful and communication was great! We arrived late at night and lights were left on for us. They are very accommodating. The place is perfectly close to the summit and close to the town! We will definitely be back again!

Gustavo LomeliOur stay was amazing! The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for my little family. Everything was spotless and well-organized, and it was fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, pots, towels, blankets… literally everything you could possibly need! All you have to bring is your food and snacks, and you’re ready to enjoy a relaxing, cozy stay with beautiful scenery. Another huge plus is the location! You have gas stations, restaurants, fast food, a pharmacy, and Snow Summit all just about 5 minutes away. Big Bear Village was also only about 6 minutes from the cabin, and right now it’s beautifully decorated for Christmas… it felt magical. We will definitely book with them again. They were so responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We had such a lovely time here!
The hosts, Mario & Ivette, were very accommodating and responded to my questions right away! They made my stay at big bear that much better. The place was amazing and cozy, and had the bbq ready for us to fire up. I would definitely book with them again.
