When it's time to rest, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for your entire group across 6 large bedrooms and 5 beautiful bathrooms. The spacious layout includes:
Main Level: A primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a second bedroom with a cozy queen bed.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with a queen bed.
Downstairs: A fun game room area with 3 sets of twin bunk beds.
Step outside onto the deck to grill on the BBQ or unwind in the inviting hot tub while surrounded by the serene pine forest. Throughout the home, you can relax and watch your favorite shows on huge LCD TVs.
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes the hot tub, game room, all bedrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and the outdoor deck. Enjoy the entire estate to yourselves. Detailed self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival for a seamless experience.

Éramos un grupo de 16 personas y cupimos muy bien. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente y fueron proactivos a nuestra llegada. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.
La casa muy bonita, buenos espacios. Eramos 10 adultos y 3 niños. La sala y cocina muy amplia y un bonito jacuzzi que funcionaba perfecto. La distribución de los baños con cuartos un tanto extraña porque un cuarto tiene 2 baños completos (nunca antes visto), y 3 cuartos no tienen baño, así que tendrán que compartir baño en algun momento; pero coincide en que si hay el numero de baños y cuartos que dicen. Fuera de eso muy bien todo.
As a big family of 24 with a mix of kids and adults, the place of Mario and Ivette was perfect for us! The place had complete amenities in the kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. Plus points for the hot tub that the teenagers enjoyed. Location is also near restaurants and a ski resort. We will definitely come back!
We absolutely loved our stay at Mario and Ivette's home in Big Bear! There were 15 of us - 8 adults, 7 kids all a variety of ages for the kiddos. The downstairs play room and bunk bed zone was absolutely perfect for them. The home had every amenity you could possibly ask for. The big kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for everyone and plenty of seating and areas to hang out. All of the bedrooms were super comfy and plenty of bathrooms to host a large group. We loved the hot tub and the surrounding area. We were able to walk directly to Snow Summit to ski! Doesn't get much better than that. Absolutely would recommend to anyone visiting Big Bear with a large group. You will love your stay!
One of the best air bnb stays we’ve ever had. We had the opportunity to go to this house with a large group of people right after a pretty large snow storm and it was a great trip. It was a beautiful home that fit everyone very comfortably. Kitchen was very well stocked as well. We had a small electrical issue night one and the hosts sent out their handyman and it was fixed within the hour of my initial contact. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful from booking all the way through to leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house was close proximity to the ski hill. Bigger kids and adults could walk, which was especially convenient (even while the snow was not great!). Kitchen was well-appointed, hot tub was an added bonus and overall space was fantastic to host a few families in the mountains. Would definitely book again!!
