When it's time to rest, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for your entire group across 6 large bedrooms and 5 beautiful bathrooms. The spacious layout includes:
Main Level: A primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a second bedroom with a cozy queen bed.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with a queen bed.
Downstairs: A fun game room area with 3 sets of twin bunk beds.
Step outside onto the deck to grill on the BBQ or unwind in the inviting hot tub while surrounded by the serene pine forest. Throughout the home, you can relax and watch your favorite shows on huge LCD TVs.
Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole home is yours, including the hot tub, game room, kitchen, living spaces and deck. Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway, per Big Bear Lake city rules (no garage or street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 16 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• Sorry, no pets, and no smoking or vaping.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires other than the BBQ, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway only. Garage and street parking aren't available.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.

Christopher RodgersHad a great time with our family for our summer getaway. It fit perfect for our group of 10 adults and 6 kids. The jacuzzi was great for the evening times. The kitchen had more than enough silverware and utensils to accommodate all of us. The driveway was able to comfortably accommodate for our 6 vehicles(mostly trucks). The cabin was only a 5 minute drive to the Village. All in all, a perfect place for the whole family to enjoy! Mario was a great host, checking in to make sure all is good and responsive with us. Very happy with our stay.

Victor OuyangLa cabaña es como se muestra en las fotos. Está a unas cuadras de Snow Summit en una zona muy arbolada y tranquila. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia ahí. Éramos un grupo de 16 personas y cupimos muy bien. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente y fueron proactivos a nuestra llegada. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.
Luis LozanoLa casa muy bonita, buenos espacios. Eramos 10 adultos y 3 niños. La sala y cocina muy amplia y un bonito jacuzzi que funcionaba perfecto. La distribución de los baños con cuartos un tanto extraña porque un cuarto tiene 2 baños completos (nunca antes visto), y 3 cuartos no tienen baño, así que tendrán que compartir baño en algun momento; pero coincide en que si hay el numero de baños y cuartos que dicen. Fuera de eso muy bien todo.
