Optional Guest House
Perfect for larger groups, teenagers, or multiple families, the separate guest house provides additional privacy and sleeping space.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 1-acre property to ensure a secluded and personal retreat. This includes:

The separate 2-bedroom guest house is optional: let us know after you book if you'd like it, and we'll add a flat $500 for the entire stay.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 16 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking. No pets.
• No parties or events, including small weddings. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no wood fires outdoors, per City of Big Bear Lake rules. The propane fire pit on the deck is fine to use.
• Parking is for up to 9 cars on the property. No street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.

Great place to stay for groups
The cabin was incredible and truly was the main event of our weekend! The location is walking distance to many things but we chose to stay at the house for most of the trip. Plenty of room and the surplus of bathrooms was great. One of the grills was out of order but luckily there are two so it didn’t interrupt our grilling plans. Would absolutely come again!

The one thing that stood out to us was how beautiful and big the rooms were (each one included it's own full bathroom), it was almost hard to choose a room because they all were the same! We loved it (: Mario also had amazing communication and I never had to wait too long for a reply making the trip go by even smoother. We enjoyed the place a lot and would absolutely recommend (:

Jeana ChristiansonThe house was very nice, spacious, and big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and we were not informed about this beforehand. During the summer, it gets very hot inside without AC, so I think this is something guests should know before booking.

We walked to the village (15 minutes!), went swimming in Big Bear Lake (10 minute walk), the hot tub in the backyard was lovely for after the kids went down, and the pool table was so much fun. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting to explore Big Bear Lake!
