Escape to a private 1-acre mountain estate designed for families, groups, and retreats. The main home offers 7 bedrooms, each with private baths and fireplaces. Outdoors, unwind in the spa, gather at the fire pit, or lounge on the spacious deck. Add the optional 2-bedroom guest house with bunk beds—perfect for kids and teens—for even more space and fun. Comfort, charm, and plenty of room to connect make this the ultimate mountain getaway.
Ground Level – Main House
Bedroom 1: King bed, private full bathroom, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and a small private balcony.
Bedroom 2: King bed, private full bathroom, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and a small private balcony.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus a portable twin bed, private roll-in bathroom with two showers, a shower chair, and a tub. Also includes a Smart TV, gas fireplace, and private balcony.
Upstairs – Main House
Bedroom 4: King bed, private balcony, Smart TV, and a full bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Queen bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a full bathroom.
Bedroom 6: King bed, private balcony, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a full bathroom.
Bedroom 7: Queen bed, private balcony, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a full bathroom.
Living Spaces
Living Room: Spacious and cozy with a large couch, Smart TV, and fireplace.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with 2 electric ovens, 5-burner gas stove, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks, 2-door fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, trays, and all dining essentials.
Pantry: Extra storage with cups, mugs, pitcher, 2 stand mixers, microwave, and toaster.
Game Room: Pool table, Smart TV, and extra seating.
Outdoor Spaces
Front Deck: Relax with ample seating and scenic views.
Back Deck: Perfect for gatherings with plenty of seating, hot tub, BBQ grill, and a gas fire pit.
Private Outdoor Area: Stroll through flower-lined paths, small bridges, and open areas—great for nature walks or snow play in winter.
Guest House (Optional – $500 flat fee for stay)
Bedroom 1: Two sets of twin bunk beds, plus washer/dryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed.
Living Room: Couch, wood fireplace, and Smart TV.
Kitchenette: Fridge/freezer, toaster, and coffee pot.
Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet, with soap, toilet paper, and towels provided.
Parking
Private parking available for up to 8 cars.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire 1-acre property to ensure a secluded and personal retreat. This includes:
The entire main house and all its amenities.
The bubbling hot tub on the back deck.
A gas fire pit for evening stories.
A BBQ grill for outdoor meals.
The spacious front deck with ample seating and scenic views.
Beautifully maintained grounds with lined paths and small bridges.
Open areas perfect for snow play during the winter months.
Access to the nearby lake.
Must be over 25 to book.
No events allowed including small weddings.
No Pets allowed.
Guest is responsible for any fines for disturbances or over occupancy given by City Code Enforcement.

This property is amazing! We had a great time, our group loved the ensuite bathrooms and large rooms. Kitchen is well-appointed with multiple sinks and dishwashers. Backyard was perfect for our kids to play while we used the jacuzzi and deck seating. For the optional extra guest house, note that one bedroom is only accessible by walking through the other.

Beautiful location the Host was awesome and always responsive but was expecting more of cleaner and more maintained. Maybe the cleaning crew should be more attentive to the detail and cleaning. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

Mario and Ivette thank you for being flexible with answering my many questions and requests I had. Making travel arrangements and accommodations for my group had it’s challenges because it was for the purpose of a retreat / training and even though I wasn’t able to personally assist my group, Mario & Ivette made sure to be available, helpful, approachable and above and beyond kind and understanding. My group liked that they were given a in person run down and tour. The home is beautiful we plan to stay again in the future. It has so many pocket areas to enjoy (a major plus for a large group that needs alone time in between their stay)
We stay at Mario's and Ivette's place with a few other families. There was so much space and the house was really beautiful. The front and back yards were also great. We used the grill and the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and return in the future !

The kids had a blast playing in the huge backyard, and the atmosphere was just lovely. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsible and attentive whatever we needed, they took care of it right away. We can’t recommend this place enough!”
