The house was very nice, spacious, and big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and we were not informed about this beforehand. During the summer, it gets very hot inside without AC, so I think this is something guests should know before booking.
The house was very clean and well appointed extremely comfortable beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a luxury for us. The kitchen had all the appliances well equipped with dishes and utensils. Plenty of outdoor space for family gathering and for photos ops.

Had a wonderful stay at Mario’s AirBnB! Our family of 16 all enjoyed the mini-reunion. We walked to the village (15 minutes!), went swimming in Big Bear Lake (10 minute walk), the hot tub in the backyard was lovely for after the kids went down, and the pool table was so much fun. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting to explore Big Bear Lake!
When it comes to making memories with my family it is important to experience it in a beautiful location. Thank you for providing us with a beautiful home where we made the most wonderful memories with our big family of 20. Your hospitality was amazing, the cabin was really clean and spacious. We will definitely book this home again.
We stayed at Mario's place for a combined Bachelor/Bachelorette party and it was everything we wanted and more. We hosted backyard games in the stunning outdoor area that provided some shade and a "camp-like" atmosphere. We ate all our meals outside on the spacious deck with plenty of seating and enjoyed the gas fire pit at night. The bedrooms were amazing and comfortable. I know that AC wasn't listed in the amenities, but I wish for summer time they were more clear that this house does not come with AC since it was quite hot. That being said, the house did stay cool enough during the day.
The home is in a perfect location, with easy walkability to the village. The backyard is beautiful and was a great place to hang out and relax, and play the bag toss game we brought with us. There was ample room between the house and the guest house for our group of 14 adults, without feeling crowded at all. And there were lots of bathrooms, so no more than 2 people had to share any given bathroom. Mario and his hosts were very responsive to questions and requests we had.
Amazing cabin. We had a group of 12, and the property was perfect. Mario was very responsive, and helped us immediately clear up one point of confusion with the guest house. Highly recommend!
