Living room: a large sectional sofa that folds out into a full bed, a stone gas fireplace with remote, a smart TV and a foosball table.
Kitchen: fully equipped, with white cabinets, stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, plus a dining table.
Bedrooms: a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a Full bed with a twin trundle in the second.
Bathroom: 1 remodeled bathroom.
Outdoors: a private backyard deck with the hot tub, a propane BBQ and outdoor dining.
Also: Frontier fiber Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps and Roku smart TVs.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, backyard deck and hot tub are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, per Big Bear Lake city ordinance (no street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 5 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• Sorry, no pets, and no smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 3 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A tranquil, central neighborhood minutes from Snow Summit, Big Bear Lake, and the Village shops and restaurants.
A car is the easiest way to get around. Snow Summit, the lake and the Village are all a short drive away. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

Maria RodriguezHost is extremely responsive. Location is walkable to Ski Beach. Those are the major pros to this property. The cons are this property is a pretty bare bones place. Some regular maintenence issues and such. It seemed like dishes ran through the dishwasher still appeared to be dirty even after cleaning but they are clean. Overall it was a good stay despite a few unforseen issues that the host resolved very promptly.
