This spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. lakefront estate is designed for guests seeking privacy, luxury, and unparalleled lakefront living. Featuring five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home is ideal for family reunions, ski trips and large groups traveling together.
Throughout the home, soaring log-beamed ceilings, a magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and walls of windows showcase stunning panoramic views of Big Bear Lake from nearly every room.
The chef's gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, featuring premium appliances, a gas cooktop, expansive counter space, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area. Just beyond, the expansive lakeview deck has a gas BBQ island and a dining table with a propane fire table, the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails overlooking the water.
The home's luxury amenities include a dedicated TV lounge with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a 60" Roku Smart TV, as well as a private game room complete with a wet bar, pool table, shuffleboard and a poker table. After a day on the slopes or exploring the lake, unwind in the private sauna or soak beneath the stars in the outdoor hot tub.
During the warmer months, guests enjoy seasonal deep-water lake access and a private dock, making this one of Big Bear's premier waterfront destinations. Despite its tranquil setting, the property is just minutes from the Village's shopping, dining, entertainment, and year-round outdoor activities.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole home is yours except a locked owner's room upstairs and the garage. Use the private dock in season (the boat at the dock is for the owner only). Parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the parking pad.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 14 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 5 cars (City of Big Bear Lake limit), in the driveway and in front of the cabin.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
Set directly on Big Bear Lake, this estate offers some of the most coveted lakefront views in the area, while remaining just minutes from ski resorts, the village, and premier dining and entertainment.
A vehicle is recommended for maximum convenience. Ride-share and taxi services are available throughout Big Bear.

The game room was definitely the favorite room as we had a lot of competitive people in the group! :) The private access dock was the cherry on top. We spent our afternoons fishing and drinking! This is probably our most favorite airbnbs in all of Big Bear, will definitely be back! Super luxurious feeling and so many cute and special details. We rented kayaks from the marina at Boulder bay and kept them at the dock. The water was more clear over here than any other place we've stayed at this lake so we were all able to swim!

The lakefront location is unbeatable — we docked our rental boat at the private dock, kayaked, and fished without ever leaving the property. The bear theme is so charming and makes it feel like a true cabin getaway. The fully stocked kitchen and BBQ made for amazing meals, the movie room was cozy perfection, and the game room (ping pong!) was a huge hit. Every single person in our group raved about the comfortable beds. The views are stunning and the memories we made here are priceless. We will 100% be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
