Welcome to your lakeside getaway! This charming log cabin has been beautifully remodeled with wood-beam ceilings, new flooring and cozy mountain touches.
LIVING & DINING
The open living room has a stone gas fireplace (just flip the wall switch) and a 65" Roku Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps, with a dining table for six that opens to the back deck.
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker and all the cookware and dishes you need.
BEDROOMS
• Primary (downstairs): Queen bed with a separate sitting area, Smart TV and desk, next to the full bathroom.
• Upstairs bedroom: twin bed with a pull-out trundle (sleeps 2).
• Third bedroom: 2 twin beds, leading to a cozy reading room.
1 full bathroom downstairs and a half bath upstairs.
EXTRAS
A bright upstairs reading room to relax with a good book, a second work desk, washer and dryer, and fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi.
OUTSIDE
The back deck has lake and mountain views, a propane BBQ and outdoor dining. The lot is fenced.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, the deck and the BBQ are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway (no street or garage parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 6 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 3 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes before checkout.
A tranquil, quaint street just steps from Big Bear Lake and the marina. Walk to the Village in about 5 minutes for restaurants, shops and coffee. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are a short drive.

Ivan HernandezOur stay was perfect! Location was perfect and was exactly what we were looking for, which included a short walk path to the lake. We went paddle boarding (brought our inflatable ones), fished, wandered downtown, hiked and even popped over to do the Mine Shaft Coaster & Alpine Slide - all in super close proximity and walking distance. The view of the lake from the back deck was awesome and so relaxing to sit out on it and enjoy. Property was clean, hosts were super responsive and the house had all the needed amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to book staying there again and we definitely plan on going back!

It’s also before you hit town so there’s not as much traffic and it’s not as chaotic trying to go back-and-forth to the hill. Cabin is spacious and clean, and the hosts are very responsive. Mario always gets right back to you whenever you have a question.

The house: - was sparkling clean - was very warm during the freezing nights - has a peekaboo view of the lake from the kitchen and dining room - has an amazing gas fireplace in the living room that is the closest to wood-burning I’ve ever seen - is a mostly flat, 10-minute walk to the village - is equipped with all the little things that make it easy to jump right into relaxing and not worrying about equipping the house (coffee maker, kettle, paper towels, dish soap, etc) - is just lovely!
The cabin itself was so beautiful! It was walking distance to big bear village and the walk was beautiful. The lake is visible from the cabin and it’s about a 2 minute walk!

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving week vacation in Big Bear. This was our 3rd year staying in this cabin and as always, it was superb. Beautiful location, very clean and fits all our needs. Host was very responsive and maintained great communication. No complaints and we will continue coming back. Very happy!
Such a beautiful cabin right by the lake. Very close to town. Mario and Ivette are incredibly responsive and accommodating which makes the experience very relaxing, easy, and convenient. Would definitely come back.
