The Main House
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake. Relax in the open-concept living area, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace perfect for quality time with your loved ones. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The Guest House
This private retreat includes its own living area with a gas fireplace, a TV, and a bonus small kitchen for preparing quick snacks.
Outdoor Paradise
Step outside to take full advantage of being right on the water. Enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ and seating area, take a stroll down to your private dock, or unwind in the new LED hot tub while admiring the stunning lake views at sunset.

Contactless self check-in. You'll have the whole property: the main house, the separate guest house, the decks, the hot tub and your private dock on the lake, available year-round. Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway (no street parking). The garage is not available to guests.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 10 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• Sorry, no pets.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries across the lake.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 4 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
Right on the shore of Big Bear Lake in a tranquil lakefront neighborhood, minutes from Big Bear Village for dining and shopping, and a short drive to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.
The Village is just minutes away, and Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are a short drive. Uber is available in Big Bear. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.
