Step into a warm, open living space where large windows fill the room with natural light and lake views. Gather around the gas fireplace or relax on comfortable seating after a day of adventure.
The modern chef's kitchen has a stone island, pro-style range and breakfast seating, next to a dining table for the whole group. A bar and lounge area and a game table make it easy to entertain.

OUTSIDE
Step out to true waterfront living: the covered deck with a swing, a lounge deck with lake views, the hot tub, a propane BBQ and a path down to your private dock. Kayaks are provided for guest use.
Smart TVs for streaming, fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and central heat.
Easy keypad self check-in. The whole home, the decks, the hot tub and the private dock are yours. Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and in front of the house (no street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 16 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 6 cars (1 per bedroom, a city limit), in the driveway and in front of the cabin. No street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
You will love your own dock for access to Big Bear lake. Close to Slopes, Village and Grocery Stores.
Walk to Boulder Bay Park and the lake from your own dock. The Village, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and the grocery stores (Vons and Stater Bros.) are a short drive, and Uber is available in Big Bear. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

There were tons of things to do at this property to entertain the adults and kids in our party. Mario was very responsive to our questions. The check-in process was very simple with clear instructions. The check-out process was even easier. We love this property and we can’t wait to return soon.

Caley RinkerWonderful house with very comfortable living area. Bedrooms were very nice and the Home Theater and Game Room were great. We also had a really enjoyable time at the Dock area on Boulder Bay with 4 Kayaks for the kids and chairs with umbrellas for the adults. The only problem we had was getting the freezer door to shut properly. Mario said he will get it repaired.

The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and amenities we needed to cook meals. The private dock with direct lake access was a huge highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. The internet and TV worked perfectly throughout our stay. We did have a small hiccup with the living room fan without a remote, but Mario responded quickly and brought us two portable fans right away. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, everything was exactly as described, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lisa LynesWe were a family of twelve and felt like there was plenty of room in the house with lots of places to sit by yourself if you wanted to read, etc. The location was lovely. The bathrooms were very clean as were the towels. The outside cushions on couch were very stained and there were stains on bedroom carpeting. Refrigerator worked but every drawer was broken and the freezer drawer required super strength to close. . Overall everyone had a nice time and the kayaks were a big hit! Did have an issue with the neighbors sewer that couldn’t be handled until after we left. Mario was very responsive to it but his hands were tied.
