Wonderful house with very comfortable living area. Bedrooms were very nice and the Home Theater and Game Room were great. We also had a really enjoyable time at the Dock area on Boulder Bay with 4 Kayaks for the kids and chairs with umbrellas for the adults. The only problem we had was getting the freezer door to shut properly. Mario said he will get it repaired.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The home is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and amenities we needed to cook meals. The private dock with direct lake access was a huge highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. The internet and TV worked perfectly throughout our stay. We did have a small hiccup with the living room fan without a remote, but Mario responded quickly and brought us two portable fans right away. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, everything was exactly as described, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were a family of twelve and felt like there was plenty of room in the house with lots of places to sit by yourself if you wanted to read, etc. The location was lovely. The bathrooms were very clean as were the towels. The outside cushions on couch were very stained and there were stains on bedroom carpeting. Refrigerator worked but every drawer was broken and the freezer drawer required super strength to close. . Overall everyone had a nice time and the kayaks were a big hit! Did have an issue with the neighbors sewer that couldn’t be handled until after we left. Mario was very responsive to it but his hands were tied.
Beautiful place, highly recommend- only negative and it’s not towards the home itself or the hosts, but there is rolling blackouts that unfortunately does affect our stay. again nothing with the owner’s place, It is beautiful home and a beautiful location just be aware of that. We had a guest that has medical issue and unfortunately, I had to leave because of the rolling black out..

We had a fabulous family trip and truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. It was the perfect place for making family memories. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family vacation spot!

Celebrated my birthday weekend with family, mario's place was exactly what I was looking for given a large group. He was so accommodating and responded quickly. The kayaks and the location made this weekend getaway amazing. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed the amenities this place had to offer, would stay here again, thank you ☺️
