Mario was really friendly and responsive and this place is great in terms of location- right next to Boulder Bay! The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable and the house had most everything you would need. The only thing I would say is that the pictures didn't quite match my expectations as it was definitely much older and darker than it seemed on the listing. The pull out bed linen/sheets looked like it had not been washed for a long time as there was dust collected on there. The mattresses in the second bedroom are also old and lumpy and the bunk bed is very shaky/creaky when you climb it. However bathrooms, kitchen and living room were all neat and clean. I think this might be the case for most cabins and airbnbs in the mountains (Big Bear) so take this review with a grain of salt. It was just a bit different from what I expected.
