Welcome to our jaw-droppin' Fort Worth home, right next to Dickies Arena! 3 big bedrooms, 2 full baths, and fully stocked kitchens for cookin' up a storm. Comfy king-size beds in the master and second bedroom, and a comfortable third bedroom with three cozy twin beds.
Welcome to our fantastic Fort Worth home, where comfort meets entertainment. Every room's got a new streaming LCD Smart TV, perfect for catchin' your favorite shows or streamin' apps. The living room's got a massive 65" TV, while each bedroom's decked out with big 55" TV. Y'all can stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to our new central A/C and heat, easily controlled by the Nest Electronic Thermostat.
Stayin' connected is a breeze with our ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi fiber optic internet. And when it's time to unwind outdoors, our private fenced grass backyard awaits, complete with a BBQ and outdoor table – perfect for relaxin' and grillin'!
We've got the best location in town! Walk to all the events at Dickies Arena without fussin' over parkin'. TCU University, famous W. 7th bars and restaurants, the Fort Worth Zoo, and the Log Cabin Village are all just a short drive away. And there's no shortage of culture nearby, with museums, art galleries, and performance venues within easy reach.
Our place is truly surrounded by greatness! Whether you're lookin' for some historic charm or modern thrills, we got it all covered. And when it's time for some relaxation, remember this is a residential neighborhood, so let's respect our full-time neighbors regarding noise.
We want y'all to feel safe and sound, so rest assured, we're takin' extra care in cleaning and disinfecting before y'all check in. Your comfort and wellbeing are our top priorities.

Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, small events or gatherings. Please be considerate to neighbors .This is a residential neighborhood. We have nice neighbors and want to preserve our relationship. This is a house to come chill and relax. No outside noise after 9pm. NO STREET PARKING. Please park cars in back carport behind the house. Only 1 car in front driveway. Must wash all dishes at check out. Dish soap provided. Not equipped with dishwasher. Take trash bins to curb on Tuesday nights for collection. Return empty trash bins on Wednesday evening after collection. 1 Non Shedding Dog is accepted. No dog hair on beds or furniture please $50 Fee. For your safety we have 1 ring flood light camera in front driveway. We do not have any cameras in the private backyard or inside property.
