On the main level, you’ll find two comfy bedrooms with Queen beds, a bright and cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom—everything you need to relax and unwind.
Downstairs is where the fun really begins! There are two more bedrooms, onne with a Queen bed and another with a Twin bunk bed plus a pull-out trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. Challenge your family or friends to a game on the pool table, cozy up by the second fireplace, or enjoy movie nights in the second living area. With a second full bathroom on this floor and plenty of space, everyone has room to play, relax, and make memories!

The location was ideal since a lot of things were close distant. There were too many issues with the house and parking. The bed sheets were dirty, there was crumbs or residue left underneath the blankets. The pool table was dirty. Spider webs everywhere. There were ants there when we arrived because of sugar packets left on the counter. The window was leaking water into the rooms. The dishes weren’t cleaned. States 4 cars fit in parking space but since there was snow I had no room to park because someone slid into the parking space, so had nowhere to park. I was told to call the towing company myself but the owner of that vehicle was making it very difficult for us. So I had to drive back down and didn’t get to enjoy my stay.

Very clean and beautiful spot!!! check in was at a office which is something i haven’t done before but we are renting someone’s place so understandable not all check ins are digital or just a text of the code! Beautiful and spotless. the kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you possibly think you could need with a trip to big bear. I recommend this spot for family’s friends or anyone looking for a beautiful time at big bear. very close to every place you snowboard at which is convenient! Also they respond very quickly to messages would recommend and stay again!
