Easy keypad self check-in. Guests have the entire cabin, including the hot tub, deck and gas BBQ. Parking for 3 cars: 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 10 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 3 cars (1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). No parking on the front yard or street.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
Cabin is a 3-minute walk to Snow Summit.
The Village and Lake are less than a 5 minute drive or 20 minute leisurely walk.

Walk 3 minutes to Snow Summit Ski Resort. Big Bear Village and the lake are about a 20-minute leisurely walk or a 5-minute Uber or drive. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

Spacious and clean!
We had a fantastic stay at Mario's home in Big Bear! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect—close to the lake, village, and outdoor activities while still being quiet and peaceful. Mario was an excellent host who was responsive, friendly, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and felt right at home throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Mario's place to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable Big Bear vacation!

Excellent place to go skiing, you can walk to Snow Summit, this place is family friendly, the living room is spacious and comfortable, the spa is a plus right after a hike day skiing to relax, kitchen with everything you need, all beds are comfortable, there is a room to hang up your coats, there is a garage where you can leave your skis and all equipment. We will come back each year.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Big Bear! The cabin was perfect for our multi age group and the location was ideal for skiing! We had a great time in the hot tub that was sparkling clean. We were able to prepare family meals and play cards by the fire. Perfect combo of activity and relaxation!
