The primary bedroom boasts a spacious California King Bed with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The second charming bedroom offers a cozy Queen Bed, and 2 comfortable twin beds complete with an LCD TV and a convenient closet. In the third bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen bed, Smart TV and walk in closet.
Stay connected with Frontier fiber-optic internet, with fast speeds up to 500 Mbps. Each room has a brand-new flat-screen Smart TV for Netflix and your favorite streaming apps.
For extra entertainment, the cabin boasts a generously-sized game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, poker table, Pacman/Galaga video game, and a 55" LCD Smart TV, making it perfect for family fun and relaxation. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay.
This cabin is an excellent choice for one or two families, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy. Parking is available, so you won't have to worry about finding a space at Snow Summit, since you can easily walk to the Snow Summit Resort.

You have the entire cabin to yourselves, including the game room, hot tub deck and laundry room. Self check-in with a smart lock, and your code is sent before arrival. The driveway fits up to 3 cars.
Big Bear Lake's vacation rental ordinance is strictly enforced by the City, and the person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations. To keep things peaceful for everyone:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties or events.
• No amplified music or instruments outside, and please keep indoor music at a level that can't be heard outside.
• Enjoy the hot tub until 10:00 PM (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound travels in the mountains, so this helps keep things peaceful for our year-round neighbors.
• Park in the driveway only, which fits up to 3 cars (no street parking).
• No smoking, and no outdoor fires or fire pits (illegal in the mountains).
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
The City gives neighbors a 24-hour hotline for noise and parking complaints. Thanks for helping us keep Big Bear beautiful, and enjoy your mountain getaway!

We especially enjoyed the game room and made good use of everything the property had to offer. The location was also perfect—close to plenty of restaurants and not far from Big Bear Village. The host was wonderful, very responsive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
