This beautiful and modern upper condo features high ceilings, a total of 5 beds, and heated pool and spa views from the deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed, and there's an additional fold-out bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, and kitchenware.

Smart Roku TVs in each room have cable and streaming services, and guests can enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a cozy log-burning fireplace, and free old-school video games. The deck also features a propane BBQ. Pool and Spa open year round.

Great location for fishing and paddle boarding at boulder bay. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable! They were flexible on check in time which was amazingly helpful being at the bay all day. Unit numbers were a little confusing to find at first but once it was found was easily accessible from vehicle to condo. Highly recommend!

Es una cabaña agradable, bien ubicada. Lo único que mejoraría es la cama de la habitación principal, es demasiado firme, el descanso no fue placentero. Tiene algunos detalles, supongo por la edad de la cabaña, sobretodo se nota en baños y cocina. No considere que estaba en planta alta y fue complicado subir y bajar las maletas. En calificación del 1 al 10, le pondría 7.5.
We enjoyed our Big Bear stay overall. The owners were easy to reach, everything was simple to access and use, and the hot tub was a great touch after a day in the cold. It was nice that Netflix was already logged in. A big plus was the cute park right next to the property. Be sure to locate the outdoor trash can before entering so you can take trash out easily. Overall, a good option and worth it if you’re traveling with more than three people to split the cost.
We had a great stay at this condo. It was easy to find and in a perfect location close to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, and well kept. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again.

Mario & Ivette were great hosts. They provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. The place was clean, exactly as described, and just minutes away from the village.
We had a perfect Christmas as a family of 4 at Mario & Ivette’s place. Walking distance to the lake, super clean and cozy home, and it had all the amenities we needed. Mario and Ivette were very accommodating and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay.
