Welcome to our charming property in Joshua Tree, California! Here, you can bask in the sun while lounging on our comfortable chairs and take a refreshing dip in the in-ground pool. In the evenings, indulge in stargazing from the private hot tub or create lasting memories around the cozy fire pit. Plus, with just a short drive to the National Park, you'll have plenty of opportunities for exciting adventures!
Our space accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a California king-sized bed. The second guest room is vibrant and colorful, complete with a Queen-sized bed and a creative writing nook. The third guest bedroom has a whimsical and cozy ambiance, furnished with two comfortable twin beds.
For those who love to cook, our fully equipped modern kitchen awaits. You can host a small gathering on the front patio, offering beautiful mountain views, or enjoy a meal on the private back patio next to the pool.
The living room is filled with captivating artwork and features a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Whether you want to unwind and watch your favorite movies or binge-watch the latest Netflix series, we have you covered. Additionally, we provide a variety of reading materials, including magazines, books, and local favorites. Enjoy your favorite tunes with our record player and collection of new and vintage vinyls, or use the Bluetooth speaker.
After a long day of exploration, relax in the restored clawfoot tub or gather around the large gas fire pit next to the pool.

Lastly, we want to assure you that we highly respect the privacy of our guests. As a security measure, we have a single Ring Floodlight Camera exclusively monitoring the driveway of the house. Rest assured, there are no cameras in the backyard, and most importantly, no cameras inside the house. Your privacy is our top priority.

No Radio or Speaker outside. No outside noise after 9pm. If Code Enforcement arrives for non compliance a $1000 fine is assessed to guest. No more than 3 cars. Park in driveway or in front of house only. Must wash all dishes or leave running in new dishwasher at checkout. No lifeguard for pool or Hot Tub. No Diving. Use at your own risk.Please be vigilant with children. Pool heat is available for a $125 per day utility charge. Must book all days. No extra charge for Hot Tub heat.

Amazing few days at Mario's place. The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out, sunbathe through the day and watch the stars by night. Walking distance to the shops etc in Joshua tree and super close to the park entrance. Mario's communication throughout the whole stay was impeccable, had to reach out a couple of times about things, which were just me asking questions - not issues. 10/10 no notes, didn't want to leave!

Great location, can easily walk through Joshua tree and it’s right down the road from Yucca Valley. They were also extremely helpful with any questions we had.
Thank you Mario & Yvette for the wonderful accommodations! JT is breath taking and your place is a slice of heaven. I especially appreciated that there were plenty of pool/bathroom towels and closet hangers. The jet jacuzzi was a piping 104 degrees and ready upon arrival. We even took a cold plunge in the pool and made our own spa day under the huge moon. This spot is great for couples, families with young children, or a bachelorette crew. I love the decor, especially the entry way collage and mini bar set up. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
This was an amazing stay with everything we needed and then some the hosts were very responsive and nice.
The location was convenient and check-in was easy. I would have liked the heads up about the driveway curb. Once I pulled into the house my bumper got scuffed. It also damaged the front splash shield underneath my car. The bedroom of my door also wouldn’t close. There was no lighting around the jacuzzi area. We couldn’t really see that much at night when we wanted to use the jacuzzi. So we decided not to even bother using it. For eating utensils all they had to offer was two spoons and two forks. It was four us staying so that really bothered us. In the morning I wanted to use the pool, upon looking at the pool I found a little small mice at the bottom of the pool. Overall the place was okay, but I’m upset about the driveway curb incident. It’s unfortunate and upsetting that me and friends couldn’t use the jacuzzi and pool.
