This 6,000 sq. ft. Big Bear lodge sleeps 16 with 7 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths, just a 2-minute drive to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. The downstairs game room has pool, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, a 75" Smart TV and a gym. Out back, the private fenced yard has a hot tub, half-court basketball and a swing set. Keypad self check-in and Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi.
Welcome to our spacious and inviting mountain getaway where comfort and convenience meet to make your stay unforgettable. This beautifully designed property offers a range of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate your entire group, making it perfect for a memorable vacation experience.
Upstairs:
Primary Bedroom: Your retreat awaits in the primary bedroom, featuring a generously sized king bed and the option of a fold out queen sofa bed. A private ensuite full bathroom ensures your comfort and privacy.
Second Bedroom: Unwind in the second bedroom with its comfortable queen bed, a tranquil haven for relaxation.
Third and Fourth Bedrooms: Two more upstairs bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and a TV.
Fifth Bedroom: An upstairs king bedroom with a Smart TV.
Additional Bathrooms: There are two more full bathrooms upstairs, thoughtfully placed on each side of the walkways for easy access and convenience.
Main Floor:
Main Floor Bedroom: On the main floor, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom, perfect for those who prefer to stay on the ground level.
Living Area: The main floor boasts a spacious living area, designed for relaxation and entertainment, making it a central gathering place for your group. The log burning fireplace is the place to gather and relax.
Dining Areas: Enjoy meals and quality time with two dining areas that provide ample seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. For added convenience we offer 2 stoves and 2 microwaves.
Bathrooms: The main floor has a full bathroom next to the living area and a half bathroom next to the kitchen.
Downstairs (Game Room):
Game Room: Head downstairs for pool, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games and a huge 75" Smart TV, plus an exercise/yoga room and the washer and dryer.
Game Room Bedroom: The seventh bedroom, with a door, has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids and the young at heart.
Additional Half Bathroom: A half bathroom downstairs in the game room.
In all: 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
The backyard, privately fenced and complete with a half-court basketball court and a hot tub, adds an extra layer of fun and enjoyment to your stay. Take a moment to unwind on the outdoor deck and soak in the serene views of the towering pine trees. You'll appreciate the fantastic location as well, with only a 2-minute drive to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Resort, and just minutes away from all the attractions in Big Bear, including the lake and village.

Guests have access to the entire property: the home, game room, gym, fenced backyard with hot tub and half-court basketball, and the deck. Easy keypad self check-in. The garage is not available for guest use.
Big Bear Lake's vacation rental ordinance is enforced by the City, and the person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations. To keep things peaceful for everyone:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties or events.
• No amplified music or instruments outside, and please keep indoor music at a level that can't be heard outside.
• Please keep outdoor voices down after 10:00 PM (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound travels in the mountains, and neighbors live here year-round.
• Park in the driveway only, which fits up to 6 cars per city ordinance (no street parking).
• No smoking, and no outdoor fires or fire pits (not allowed in the mountains).
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
• Please don't move the furniture.
• Firewood and the beverages shown in photos are not provided.
The City gives neighbors a 24-hour hotline for noise and parking complaints. Thanks for helping us keep Big Bear beautiful, and enjoy your mountain getaway!

The space was clean, and looked just like the pictures. It held all 18 of us and 2 babies. I seriously got so lucky! Mario and his team were quick to respond and accommodating. Check in was super fast and easy. The house was clean and stocked with the necessities. I’m thinking this might be our yearly place to stay at in big bear.

Check-in was easy, the home was available earlier than expected and we were allowed to check-in early! Everything was functional and Mario replied promptly when we inquired about things during our stay. Overall it was a great experience and a beautiful area to stay in, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Big Bear. It’s a quick 5 min drive to anything you want/need. Very quiet and peaceful sleep 😴 The only thing I will note is that the dishes and cutlery were not clean, so we had to wash and rinse whatever we needed before using and we ran out of dishwasher detergent. Just be aware that there are no extra linens or towels in case you need more. There’s enough for 16 people exactly and no more. Other than that, everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the downstairs basement/garage with all the games.

Amazing big and cozy backyard. Great play room. If I would be able to leave 10 stars reviews I would do it!!!

The game room downstairs was a perfect hang out place for all of us and great space to play games. The area was perfect for cool Morning walks and the kitchen was well Stocked. We enjoyed the Village, went bowling and zip lining ! It was a great getaway! Thank you for a great stay!
Annette MorandaWe had a great 2-night stay with a group of 16 people. The house was spacious and accommodated our group comfortably, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. A couple of things future guests should know: the home might feel little more dated in some area than the listing photos suggest, but everything was clean and functional. Also, there is no air conditioning, so if you’re staying during the summer months, be prepared for warmer afternoons. Thankfully, it cools down in the evening, especially with the windows open. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to other large groups looking for a comfortable place to stay in Big Bear.
