This 6,000 square foot Big Bear Estate is truly impressive. With seven bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, it's perfectly suited for accommodating a large group or a family. The cabin-style living with a designer's touch and modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, spacious game room for indoor entertainment, offering a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, arcade video games,75" smart tv and gym.
Welcome to our spacious and inviting mountain getaway where comfort and convenience meet to make your stay unforgettable. This beautifully designed property offers a range of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate your entire group, making it perfect for a memorable vacation experience.
Upstairs:
Primary Bedroom: Your retreat awaits in the primary bedroom, featuring a generously sized king bed and the option of a fold out queen sofa bed. A private ensuite full bathroom ensures your comfort and privacy.
Second Bedroom: Unwind in the elegance of the second bedroom with its king-size bed, providing a tranquil haven for relaxation.
Third, Fourth, and Fifth Bedrooms: Three more bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.
Additional Bathrooms: There are two more full bathrooms upstairs, thoughtfully placed on each side of the walkways for easy access and convenience.
Main Floor:
Main Floor Bedroom: On the main floor, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom, perfect for those who prefer to stay on the ground level.
Living Area: The main floor boasts a spacious living area, designed for relaxation and entertainment, making it a central gathering place for your group. The log burning fireplace is the place to gather and relax.
Dining Areas: Enjoy meals and quality time with two dining areas that provide ample seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. For added convenience we offer 2 stoves and 2 microwaves.
Half Bathroom: An additional half bathroom on the main floor adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay.
Downstairs (Game Room):
Game Room Bedroom: Descend to the game room, where the seventh bedroom offers a fun and cozy experience with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids and the young at heart.
Additional Half Bathroom: Another half bathroom downstairs ensures that everyone has the facilities they need.
The backyard, privately fenced and complete with a half-court basketball court and a hot tub, adds an extra layer of fun and enjoyment to your stay. City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from $500 to up to $10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply. You must be over 25 to book. Person booking will be responsible for all fines. 1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for hefty fine and immediate eviction. 2. No amplified music outside. Including any type of speaker or instrument. Inside music must be played at a level where it cannot be heard outside the cabin. 3. No outside noise after 10pm. This is a mountain community has nearby resident that are not on vacation. Outside voices carry in the canyons. This is also a cause for fine and eviction. 4. Parking only allowed in Driveway. 6 Cars Max. No street parking. Please make sure you are aware of the amount of cars the driveway holds. You will have no other place to park and will be fined for extra cars. 5. No Smoking allowed. No outside fires including firepits. Highly illegal in the mountains. 6. Please wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at check out. 7. Please do not move furniture. The City of Big Bear Lake has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City have given neighbors a direct 24 hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed. We want you to enjoy the beauty Big Bear offers however outdoor noise and over crowded parking will not be tolerated by the City. We trust we will have your full cooperation and have an amazing time in the Mountains. We do not provide firewood or beverage shown in pictures.

This house was wonderful and fit all of our needs. The activity and bunk rooms downstairs was perfect for our group. Backyard and deck made it nice to relax outside after a day at the lake. Mario was awesome. Quick to respond and very helpful.

The game room was such a nice touch and the kids loved hanging out there. The kitchen was well stocked, we couldnt find scissors and they sent someone to bring a pair right away. The second day the shower drain in the master bedroom got clogged and someone came to fix it promptly. Communication was very smooth the whole time, they even let us check in early with no extra charge. No complaints!!!

Lots of parking space, TV’s, and bathrooms. The two ovens made cooking for large groups so much easier and the two drink mini frig’s saved us lots of space in the main frig. Book this home, you won’t regret it!

The setting was beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for kids to play and parents to relax. Neighborhood is safe and walkable, even with young children. Everything for the gathering was present in the kitchen wonderful coffee bar overall great experience.
Spacious and comfortable home to have a weekend getaway with friends! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of kitchen amenities the place offered, the prime location close to the lake, nearby trails and grocery stores, and how easy cooking was with the dual appliances and many fridges! 10/10. the jacuzzi wouldn't go higher than room temp during our stay but it was still an enjoyable experience
Mario’s house was perfect for our large extended family from Hawai’i. Very close to the slopes, the setting was beautiful and peaceful. There was lots of space for everyone to hangout together but also have their own space when needed. The game room was a huge hit with everyone from 2-50! The huge kitchen with double stoves was a major bonus. Mahalo, mahalo,mahalo!
