We'd love to host guests looking to relax and enjoy the desert. To keep things peaceful for everyone:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties, events or outside visitors, and no pets.
• This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep outdoor noise down after 9:00 PM, with no amplified music outside. Indio code enforcement is strict, and any disturbance complaint results in a $500 fine.
• Pool safety: no lifeguard on duty and no diving. Please supervise children at all times.
• Spa heating is included. Pool heating is available for $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer).
• Outdoor fires and fire pits are not allowed by the City of Indio.
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
Located in a tranquil residential Indio neighborhood, close to the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 casinos, dozens of Coachella Valley golf courses, Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo in Palm Desert are all a short drive away. Joshua Tree National Park makes an easy day trip.
A car is the easiest way to explore the Coachella Valley, and the home includes garage parking. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30–35 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are widely available. During Coachella and Stagecoach, rideshare and festival shuttles make getting to the Polo Grounds easy.
