This desert retreat is equipped with all-new, high-quality furnishings and stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy the serene outdoor environment with a fire pit and BBQ for al fresco dining, your options for relaxation are endless.
The house boasts five nicely appointed and comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a Smart TV for streaming Spectrum Cable or your favorite apps. Stay connected with high-speed ultra Spectrum Wifi available throughout the house. For added convenience, we offer private garage parking and not one, but two refrigerators to make your stay even more convenient.
Situated within walking distance of the Polo Grounds, this year-round getaway is the ideal spot for your desert escape. Enjoy the spa with no extra charge for heating, and if you prefer a heated pool, there's a utility fee of $75 per day with a 2 day minimum. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities!

Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or outside visitors. No Noise after 9:00pm outside. Please be considerate to neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. $1000 fine if code compliance arrives for any disturbance complaints. We are looking for guests who want to chill out and get away. Must wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at checkout. No lifeguard for pool. No Diving. Use at your own risk. Please be vigilant with children. Spa heat is included in nightly rate. Pool heat is available for a $125 per day utility charge. (not necessary in summer)

We had such an amazing stay! The home truly felt like a home away from home. It was spotless, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The host was also very responsive and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Super comfortable, well stocked, and conveniently located close to pretty much everything, which made getting around super easy. Mario and Ivette were also amazing . Incredibly welcoming and lightning fast with responses. I’m pretty sure they answered one of my questions before I even finished typing it. Would absolutely stay here again.
Their place was awesome and really enhanced our experience. Place was clean and tidy and everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great. Location couldn’t have been better. Communication was quick and effective so all round it was a perfect weekend with friends!
Our group had a great time staying here. From check in to check out, communication was great. Everything was as described and we had everything we needed, even sunscreen. The hosts were flexible with check in and check out which was incredibly appreciated. The location was very convenient to the Empire Polo grounds, we were able to walk there in about 30-40 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially for the value and quality of the home!
Lovely stay at Mario’s place! Nice house with a lot of room and a beautiful outdoor seating area by the pool. Check in was easy, Mario and all the co hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. Huge plus was the place had so many bath towels and extra blankets (something that so many air bnbs lack) so we’re very appreciative of that 😊 thank you for everything!

Great house in quiet neighborhood! Nice backyard with pool and hot tub - a great place to spend time with family and friends. To note: 1 of the bathrooms is only accessible via the master suite so the other 4 bedrooms essentially just share the other bathroom. The shared bathroom is a little dated but the overall house is very clean and comfortable.
We had a great visit -- Nice house, nice pool, just as described, no problems. The hosts were helpful, recommended!
