The Primary Bedroom serves as your serene retreat, offering a lavish King Bed and a private ensuite bathroom for your ultimate relaxation. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are graced with snug Queen Beds, while the 4th Bedroom surprises with a delightful Bunk Bed arrangement. The upper bunk is a twin bed, and the lower tier features two full-sized beds, one of which conveniently slides out when needed. In total, six inviting beds guarantee a restful night's sleep for everyone.
For the culinary enthusiasts in the group, the granite kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining table is the perfect spot to savor those delectable home-cooked meals.
Step outside and luxuriate in the sun while you unwind in the newly resurfaced swimming pool and spa, offering breathtaking vistas of towering palm trees.
The outdoor patio is a haven of comfort, ideal for basking in the day, and it even comes equipped with a Gas Weber BBQ for your grilling pleasure. Stay seamlessly connected with fast Wi-Fi and relish your favorite shows on Smart LED TVs. The central Air Conditioner and Heat are effortlessly controlled by a Nest thermostat, ensuring your comfort at all times.
As an added delight, a fun Golden Tee Video Game is available for your entertainment. You can also count on the convenience of garage parking with an EV Charger for added privacy. This is the perfect place to create enduring stay-cation memories in style and luxurious comfort.
Pool heating is available for $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer), and spa heating is always included.

We'd love to host guests looking to relax and enjoy the desert. To keep things peaceful for everyone:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties, events or outside visitors, and no pets.
• This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep outdoor noise down after 9:00 PM, with no amplified music outside. Indio code enforcement is strict, and any disturbance complaint results in a $500 fine.
• Pool safety: no lifeguard on duty and no diving. Please supervise children at all times.
• Spa heating is included. Pool heating is available for $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer).
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
Located in a tranquil residential Indio neighborhood, a short drive from the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 casinos, dozens of Coachella Valley golf courses, Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo in Palm Desert are all close by. Joshua Tree National Park makes an easy day trip.
A car is the easiest way to explore the Coachella Valley, and the home includes garage parking. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30–35 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are widely available. During Coachella and Stagecoach, rideshare and festival shuttles make getting to the Polo Grounds easy.

Everything was amazing. Had a great stay here with my friends for some R&R before we go back to college. The only thing I will say would be that my friend and I are blonde and the pool made our hair green. I don’t know if it’s because of the over chlorinated water but regardless for future reference I wouldn’t put your hair under if you have light hair. Other than that, loved everything about our stay :)

Andrew GomezMy family and I had a great time at Mario’s. House was clean and well kept. Yard was nice and kids loved the pool. It’s much deeper than what I thought it would be. It’s about 7 ft deep. We didn’t need the heater for the pool. It was perfect in the sun. Kitchen had some seasonings, pots, pans, etc. Ice maker worked but I would recommend picking some ice up if you use a lot like I do. 🥶 Mario communicated well. All in all I would recommend Mario’s place for a nice, relaxing get away.
