The home also features a secure garage, driveway parking, high-speed Spectrum WiFi, Smart TVs with cable throughout, and a slate pool table and foosball table for indoor entertainment.
Snow Bear Chalet comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults, with additional bunk beds ideal for up to 2 children, making it the perfect retreat for families, couples, and small groups looking to experience everything Big Bear has to offer.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole chalet, hot tub, deck and garage are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, and the garage remote is on the kitchen counter.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 10 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 3 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The exterior perimeter of the cabin has 24-hour surveillance.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A tranquil residential street a short walk from the Snow Summit shuttle stop, and just minutes from Big Bear Lake, the Village, restaurants and shopping.
Walk to the Snow Summit shuttle in ski season. The lake and the Village are a few minutes' drive, and Uber is available in Big Bear. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

The location was excellent, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We loved the big balcony where we had our dinner couple of times. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s always a little worrisome to book something you haven’t seen but this was exactly what we were hoping to book and the owner made it so perfect. The location is unbeatable !! it's less than 10 minutes from everything, and having stores so close by really came in handy for anything we needed.
