The primary bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a generously sized LCD TV, and its private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two designer log bunk beds with twin-size mattresses, while the third bedroom boasts a queen log bunk bed with a full-size mattress on top.
You'll enjoy the convenience of covered parking in the garage, with space for up to three cars on the property. Situated on a tranquil street in one of Big Bear's prime locations. Walk to Snow Summit and less than a 5-minute drive to both the Village and the beautiful Lake.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property is compliant with Big Bear Lake License # VRR-2023-2147.

City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from $500 to up to $10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply. You must be over 25 to book. Person booking will be responsible for all fines. 1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for hefty fine and immediate eviction. 2. No amplified music outside. Including any type of speaker or instrument. Inside music must be played at a level where it cannot be heard outside the cabin. 3. No outside noise after 10pm. This is a mountain community has nearby resident that are not on vacation. Outside voices carry in the canyons. This is also a cause for fine and eviction. 4. Parking only allowed in Driveways. No street parking. Please make sure you are aware of the amount of cars the driveway holds. You will have no other place to park and will be fined for extra cars. 5. No Smoking allowed. No outside fires including firepits. Highly illegal in the mountains. 6. Please wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at check out. The City of Big Bear Lake has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City have given neighbors a direct 24 hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed. We want you to enjoy the beauty Big Bear offers however outdoor noise and over crowded parking will not be tolerated by the City. Cabin is walking distance to Snow Summit. Very nice quiet street. Not busy Snow Summit Blvd.
The Village and Lake are less than a 5 minute drive or 20 minute leisurely walk.

We really loved the cabin and will definitely rebook here again! The cabin is very clean and quite spacious. I liked the large garage to park in and nice flat driveway- we have stayed at others on a hill which is precarious in the winter- not here, parking is a breeze and you can enter the house through the nice big garage. The living room is large and has comfortable and clean leather couches. The dining room has a large table for family meals. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything we needed. The room with the bunk beds is perfect for kids or teens, the middle bedroom with the queen on the bottom bunk, but the best was the spacious master bedroom. The master bedroom is a standout with a huge closet and bathroom vanity area. All of the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t need them but I appreciated that there were extra fans available for use. Lastly, the jacuzzi was clean and easily accessible from the large deck, very nice!

Also really appreciated how responsive they were when we needed something checked at the house, as well as local recommendations for my toddler. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely return!

I have stayed multiple times in Big Bear and this is by far the BEST cabin. Space, Location and amenities. Everything works perfectly, beds are super comfortable and the space is awesome (I had 6 teenagers with me and we never felt crowded) The deck is wonderful, spacious and well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional-cooked full meals without a problem. The only “complaint” is having to go to an office to check in- I hit traffic on the way and was getting stressed because I could not text to tell them I was running late… it worked out; office staff was super nice and friendly (no complaints on that) but I usually book thru Airbnb so I can check in at my time directly at the rental, specially when I am traveling in the afternoon. (Just keep that in mind if you are arriving much later than 6pm. )
We had no problem reaching the hosts when we had questions. It was easy to access and conveniently located. The house was spacious and the two bunk beds made a great slumber party.

This was our second time staying at Mario & Ivette’s and it didn’t disappoint! Although this year we didn’t have snow yet our family made great memories and the best part was knowing we were safe comfortable and had everything we needed to make it a fantastic stay! I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas here with my family, and it was truly a dream come true. The cabin is cozy and spacious—perfect if you’re planning a family getaway. Overall, the place is definitely worth the price, although it felt a little pricey in my opinion. That said, the location is a big plus since it’s close to many restaurants and the summit.\n\nThe hosts were very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The only downside for me was the early check-out time, and I think adding some Christmas decorations during the holidays would really elevate the experience for future guests.\n\nI would definitely consider booking again next year!😊
