Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, small events or gatherings. Please be considerate to neighbors .This is a residential neighborhood. We have nice neighbors and want to preserve our relationship. This is a house to come chill and relax. No outside noise after 9pm. No Garage Parking. Front Driveway parking and in front of house please. Take trash bins to curb on Wednesday night for collection. Return empty trash bins on Thursday after collection. For your safety we have 1 ring flood light camera in front driveway. We do not have any cameras in the private backyard or inside property.
