Welcome to your Fort Worth home base! This remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is minutes from TCU, Dickies Arena, the Cultural District and the Stockyards.
• Primary suite: King bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.
• Bedroom 2: 4 twin beds (2 twins plus 2 trundles), great for kids or teammates.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
• Second full bathroom in the hallway.
The open living room has a large Smart TV with Spectrum cable and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and everything you need to cook, with a dining table for the group.
Out back, the huge fenced yard has a covered patio with ping pong, an outdoor sectional and a propane BBQ.
Also included: central A/C and heat, fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi with a work-friendly setup, and a washer and dryer.

Pets: 1 non-shedding dog is welcome. Please keep dog hair off beds and furniture.
Easy keypad self check-in. The whole house and the fenced backyard are yours. Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The garage is not available to guests.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 8 guests.
• No smoking.
• Pets: 1 non-shedding dog is welcome. Please keep dog hair off beds and furniture ($50 fee).
• No parties, events or gatherings. This is a residential neighborhood with wonderful neighbors, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 9:00 PM.
• Parking is in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The garage is not available.
• Trash: please take the bins to the curb Wednesday night and bring them back in Thursday after pickup.
• For your safety, there is one Ring floodlight camera covering the front driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A quiet residential neighborhood near TCU. It's a 4-minute drive to TCU, 8 minutes to Dickies Arena and the Cultural District, and 10 minutes to the Fort Worth Stockyards, with restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
A car is the easiest way to get around. Uber and Lyft are quick and easy in Fort Worth, which is handy for TCU games and events at Dickies Arena.
