City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from $500 to up to $10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply. You must be over 25 to book. Person booking will be responsible for all fines. 1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for hefty fine and immediate eviction. 2. No amplified music outside. Including any type of speaker or instrument. Inside music must be played at a level where it cannot be heard outside the cabin. 3. No use of Spa past 10:00pm. If the Cabin is equipped with an outdoor Spa. This is a mountain community has nearby resident that are not on vacation. Outside voices carry in the canyons. This is also a cause for fine and eviction. 4. Parking only allowed in Driveways. No street parking. Please make sure you are aware of the amount of cars the driveway holds. You will have no other place to park and will be fined for extra cars. 5. No Smoking allowed. No outside fires including firepits. Highly illegal in the mountains. The City of Big Bear Lake has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City have given neighbors a direct 24 hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed. We want you to enjoy the beauty Big Bear offers however outdoor noise and over crowded parking will not be tolerated by the City. No homes directly in front of you so it so peaceful. The serenity of mountain life is great for the soul. We are 1 cabin away from Snow Summit Year Round Resort. Nice quaint street. Not busy Snow Summit Blvd. Best location in Big Bear Lake. 3 minute drive to lake and village or an easy 10 minute walk.

The place was super clean, very comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood close to everything. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen was fully equipped and convenient, and overall the price was absolutely worth it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Had spring break with family and friends. We booked it with high hopes of walking to ski lifts, but there was no snow! Great location for that, if you’re looking for that in the future. But the kids still had so much fun together, cooking, play board games, watching movies and playing in the game room. Had all cooking ware that was needed. Wonderful upstairs patio set up to eat or play games before sunset or in the morning. Close enough to do whatever activities we found in Big Bear (kayaking, village exploring, bowling). Great responsive hosts, made sure there were things like laundry detergent when we needed it. Would stay here again. Great memories for the family.
The home was located near Snow Summit ski resort. 2 bedrooms at 1st level and 2 more on 2nd floor. The patio on 2nd floor was a great place to gather at sun set. Ran into a few minor issues that Mario responded quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub at night after hiking near the area. We used the kitchen for all our meals and it worked out very well. There are nearby restaurants that you can walk to or take a short drive to. Very peaceful area and we enjoyed patio deck throughout the day. Thanks Mario!

We had a great time in this house. Starting from check in... we didn't have to go to the office to check in and just went straight to the house. . When we got there, the lights are all on to welcome us and the place is clean. Mario was easily accessible through out the time we were there. We enjoyed all the amenities especially the game room and the jacuzzi. The house is walking distance to the ski resort so we were able to snowboard in the morning, go back to the house for lunch and go back to snowboard some more. Definitely would go back to this house in the future!
This cabin is super spacious and a great location right at the base of snow summit. You can’t beat the location. The house has a great layout so everyone has some privacy but also large spaces like the living room, dining area to fit a huge dinner, game room and huge front deck to gather on. The house has a decent amount of space around the outside for snow play for the kiddos. All the beds and pillows were so comfy, appliances were nice, kitchen had all we needed, even a high chair. The game room and hot tub are perfectly situated where you can hang out in the evening and not disturb others who are sleeping early. We spent a lot of time on the pool table and air hockey table while at the same time lighting a fire and chatting with friends in the hot tub! It was great! Only issues we had were bathroom fixtures being a bit dated and plumbing a bit worn (I.e. slow sink drains) but everything worked out ok for our stay. We would definitely stay again and bring friends.
