Living room: stone wood-burning fireplace and a big TV with cable.
Kitchen: fully equipped, with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, plus a dining table with views.
Game room: pool table and a big TV.
Primary suite: loft-style, with a King bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2–5: each with a Queen bed. There are 5 bathrooms in total, including one with a jetted tub.
Outdoors: a huge wrap-around deck with the hot tub, a swing, dining tables, lounge chairs and a propane BBQ.
Also: Spectrum Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole chalet, hot tub and deck are yours. Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway (no street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 12 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 4 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A tranquil cul-de-sac in the Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake, with spectacular views of the lake and slopes. Minutes to Bear Mountain, the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, the golf course, the Village and the lake.
A car is needed. Bear Mountain is a few minutes' drive, and the Village and lake are a short drive away. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family getaway. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and we especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our checkout time. 😊 Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt very welcomed the entire time. We made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Aprelle Raye MercadoVery beautiful cabin, lots of room for the 12 guest we had. Only downside was the amount of dust and spiderwebs around the upper and lower deck. Ample of dust around bed frames needs a lil TLC .A window did not lock near the fireplace which made my mother eerie to be left alone. Marios place did have baby gates which was a nice touch given all the stairs.
Nancy GoveaWe had an amazing stay! The views were beautiful, the rooms were spacious and each one had its own restroom. The cabin had a pool table, board games, grill, comfortable beds, and very clean bathrooms with excellent water pressure. The jacuzzi overlooking the trees and lake was definitely the highlight! Everything was just a short 5–12 minute drive away. Mario was a great host checking in to see if our stay was comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, big cabin and perfectly suited our group of 7, we loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Amazing view and overall a peaceful stay, we would definitely stay again.
