This spacious cabin sits at the base of Snow Summit, with wood-beam ceilings, skylights and room for the whole group.
FAMILY ROOM & INDOOR SPA
The big family room has a sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV, shuffleboard, foosball and a free retro arcade with classic games. Right next to it, the sunroom holds a private indoor hot tub, so you can soak in any weather.
SECOND LIVING ROOM
A cozy second living room with its own wood-burning fireplace, perfect for reading a book or sharing a bottle of wine.
KITCHEN & DINING
The bright, remodeled kitchen has a skylight, stainless appliances, a gas range and a breakfast bar, plus a separate dining room.

Roku Smart TVs in every room, fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, central heat and a washer and dryer.

The back deck has a propane BBQ, a picnic table and Adirondack chairs (plus a classic ski-lift chair swing!).

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, the indoor hot tub and the deck are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, per city ordinance (no garage or street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 8 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 3 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A tranquil, tree-lined street at the base of Snow Summit. Walk to the lifts in winter and the bike park and hiking trails in summer. The Village and the lake are a short drive.

Great large place with plenty of room for family and friends to hang out. Living room with built in spa, arcade, foosball and shuffle board was a hit. Bed linens could use some updating, but over all great place to call home while your in big bear
Adam SmithAll around, Mario was a very nice man and had a very beautiful home. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house as well as the in door spa and surround sound. The main problem that we had was that 2 of the bed frames broke. The king bed in the master had 2X4s that were previously replaced showing that it was an on going issue. There was a tiny support strut that stuck down that did not do much. The bed frame snapped on us the first night of our stay which they were quick to come and fix, but we still did not trust it and continued to move the mattress to the floor as it was the same installment as before. Either replace the bed frame, or add vertical 2X4’s for more structural integrity. As well, a caster sheered off of the queen bed in the family bedroom with the bunk beds. They fixed it by leveling a 2X4 under the frame which did end up holding up. All around, very beautiful home, but we dealt with minor inconveniences as such.
