If you're looking to heat up the pool, it's available for an additional utility charge of $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer). There's no extra utility charge for heating the new hot tub.
However, please be aware of the La Quinta short-term rental executive mandate, which prohibits amplified outdoor music and outside noise after 9 pm, with a minimum $500 fine for non-compliance. Additionally, the property allows no more than 3 cars, as the goal is to create a relaxing vacation experience while being respectful of the full-time residents in the residential neighborhood.
Security Cameras. We have a flood light with a ring camera on the driveway and one ring door bell on the outside of property for safety. We have no cameras in front yard, backyard and of course none inside.
Rest assured, we're doing our part to ensure your safety by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in the house before your check-in.

We'd love to host guests looking to relax and enjoy the desert. To keep things peaceful for our neighbors:
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
• No parties, events or outside visitors, and no pets.
• Per the La Quinta short-term rental executive mandate, no amplified music, radios or speakers outside at any time, and please keep outdoor noise down after 9:00 PM. If code enforcement is called for a violation, a minimum $500 fine is assessed to the guest.
• Parking for up to 3 cars, in the driveway or in front of the house only (the garage is not available).
• Pool and hot tub safety: no lifeguard on duty and no diving. Please supervise children at all times.
• Hot tub heat is included. Pool heating is available for $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer).
• Trash: please take the bins to the curb Monday night and bring them back Tuesday evening after pickup.
• Pool service comes early Tuesday and Saturday mornings. They only work outside and won't ring the doorbell.
• At checkout, please wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
Located in the Upper Cove of La Quinta. Beautiful walks directly from the Hacienda to Public Trails of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
Iconic Old Town La Quinta with nice restaurants and shopping also nearby.
Close to Empire Polo Grounds where Coachella and Stage Coach Music festivals are held.
Bus stop nearby. La Quinta also offers Uber and Lyft.

Elliott McintyreThe house was super clean, had all the amenities you could possibly want… loved the game room… we lived there for 13 years so location for us was perfect as I could meet friends to run at the top of the cove, pickleball at Fritz Burns and hit some of our favorite restaurants nearby… we golfed in the area as there are great deals this time of the year… yes it’s hot but summer is the best time to come because you can enjoy everything the valley has to offer without all the crowds…just come home and jump in the pool!!!
