Welcome to the Zen Retreat, your desert paradise for an unforgettable vacation experience! This splendid getaway features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring there's ample space for you and your fellow adventurers. The master bedroom is your luxurious haven, complete with a roomy king bed, an LCD Smart TV, and a lavish ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers cozy comfort with a queen bed and a smart LCD TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for your crew with two twin beds and another smart LCD TV.
In the heart of this desert haven, you'll discover a modern kitchen equipped with top-notch appliances and chic quartz countertops. The living room is where the fun begins, thanks to a record player and an impressive vinyl record collection that lets you groove to your favorite tunes.
Step outside into your own personal playground! The backyard boasts a covered patio, a skin-friendly saltwater pool that promises hours of fun and relaxation, and a patch of green perfect for a game of cornhole or soaking up some Vitamin D. Plus, we've got a propane BBQ grill, so all the grill masters in your group can showcase their skills.
Nestled in a highly sought-after location, the Zen Retreat grants you easy access to the famous Santa Rosa trails for scenic hikes and jaw-dropping views of the Santa Rosa mountains. And when it's time to dine out, old town La Quinta is minutes away.

High-speed Wi-Fi on a 5G network keeps you connected, and the large Smart LED TVs make sure your favorite shows are right at your fingertips.
Rest easy knowing your comfort is our number one priority. The Zen Retreat features a robust and soothing central air conditioner controlled by a Nest thermostat, ensuring your stay is as cozy as can be.
And for the cooler months, you can heat up the pool for some extra relaxation for an additional utility fee.
Please remember to keep the desert vibes in harmony with local regulations – no outdoor amplified music or speakers to disturb the peace and privacy of your desert-dwelling neighbors after 9 pm. We're all about good vibes here!

Included in our rates is a 15% discount for weekly rentals and 25% discount for Monthly Rentals.
Guests can access entire house including Pool and BBQ. Pool heat is available for a $75 per day utility charge. Must book all days. (not necessary in summer) Garage is not available for parking. Please park in Driveway. Driveway and street parking in front of house available. The front gate to courtyard also has a electronic lock with keypad. We will send you code.
Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or outside visitors. City of La Quinta prohibits any outside music at anytime. Neighbors will call code enforcement. No Noise after 9:00pm especially outside. Please be considerate to neighbors.This iaa residential neighborhood. $500 fine if code compliance arrives for any disturbance complaints. We are looking for guests who want to chill out and get away. No amplified noise outside or any disturbances to neighbors. Must wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at checkout. No lifeguard for pool. No Diving. Use at your own risk.Please be vigilant with children. Non Shedding dog allowed. $50 pet fee. Please no dog hair on beds or furniture.

We stayed at Mario and Ivette's house for a work event and were super comfortable here. They were proactive, kind, and responsive. They let us check in early after our first Airbnb didn't work out. We were without a place to stay at 10:00 a.m. They let us check in as soon as the cleaners were done at 12:00. The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and fresh. There were ceiling fans. The kitchen was as described. I highly recommend staying at their home!
We stayed at Mario and Ivette’s place in La Quinta and this stay far exceeded our expectations. The check in was seamless and we did not have any issues accessing the property. The accommodations were furnished and decorated in a mid century modernesque styling. We would stay here again.
Charming town, peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home and responsive host; all these factors make our 10 day stay still feel too short. Easy access to trails and pickleball courts in the Fitz Burn park are extra bonus.
Great spot for a relaxing family getaway. Close enough to Joshua Tree NP, Palm Springs, and everything else you want to visit in the area, but removed in a quiet corner. The place is clean and comfortable and the hosts are great!
This was my second stay at this place and once again it was a great home away from home to host a multigenerational family for a fun visit. The outdoor space is especially inviting and peaceful, and the kitchen was well equipped enough that I could make Christmas dinner. A great base from which you can explore the desert.
