The covered patio has a large propane BBQ and outdoor dining, looking out over the wooded backyard.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, the covered patio and the BBQ are yours. Parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway (no street parking).
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 5 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 2 cars in the driveway only. The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A tranquil, wooded neighborhood just minutes from Bear Mountain, and a short drive to Big Bear Village, the lake, restaurants and shopping.
A car is best for getting around. Bear Mountain, the Village and the lake are a few minutes' drive, and Uber is available in Big Bear. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

Andrew ThrashIt was a nice cozy place just glass on front door was scary for wife and no light out front in the night lock on bathroom door needs to be replaced and or fixed chimney needs to be checked out ended up turning it off because smoke was staying inside

Jaime Adriaensens RodririeWe had a great weekend stay at this cabin. It’s a nice, cozy spot that was exactly what we needed for our snowboarding trip. Great hosts as well, very clear and very responsive.
Checkout was super easy, the lady at the office was extra nice to me and my family, gave us a bunch of suggestions. Place is really nice, just like the pics, outdoor space is also nice. It is close to everything, the slopes, the lake, downtown, etc. If I could have it all, I would have loved some coffee for the coffeemaker, but it’s just a little detail. I would definitely come again!
