This lovely cabin near the Village, Lake, and Slopes is a great choice for a relaxing vacation in Big Bear. The main house has 2 master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, while the guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a pool table and small kitchen. This cabin provides ample space for a large family or even two families vacationing together.

IThe bright gourmet stainless-steel kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare a delicious meal after an exciting day on the slopes or at the lake. Every room is outfitted with tasteful, modern furniture, as well as a large LCD Smart television. Each member of your party can enjoy their favorite television show on one of the many cable channels available, watch a movie on Netflix, or log on to the Internet using free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The outdoor living area is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Guests can relax on the expansive outdoor deck, in the relaxing spa, or use the cool built-in BBQ to prepare a meal to be enjoyed al fresco with plenty of outdoor seating.
This 2-in-1 cabin is a true gem, especially for two families as couples can sleep in the front house with their own private bathrooms, while the teens and kids can sleep in the private back house with the fun pool table. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from $500 to up to $10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply. You must be over 25 to book. Person booking will be responsible for all fines. 1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for hefty fine and immediate eviction. 2. No amplified music outside. Including any type of speaker or instrument. Inside music must be played at a level where it cannot be heard outside the cabin. 3. No use of Spa past 10:00pm. If the Cabin is equipped with an outdoor Spa. This is a mountain community has nearby resident that are not on vacation. Outside voices carry in the canyons. This is also a cause for fine and eviction. 4. Parking only allowed in Driveways. No street parking. Please make sure you are aware of the amount of cars the driveway holds. You will have no other place to park and will be fined for extra cars. 5. No Smoking allowed. No outside fires including firepits. Highly illegal in the mountains. The City of Big Bear Lake has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City have given neighbors a direct 24 hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed. We want you to enjoy the beauty Big Bear offers however outdoor noise and over crowded parking will not be tolerated by the City. We trust we will have your full cooperation and have an amazing time in the Mountains.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans ce logement. Mario et Ivette sont des hôtes très réactifs, et l’enregistrement au bureau s’est fait rapidement. La maison est magnifique, idéalement située, avec une agréable petite vue sur le lac. La maison principale est spacieuse et très confortable, avec une grande cuisine parfaitement équipée. Les deux chambres principales sont particulièrement grandes et très propres. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain avec sa baignoire, que j’ai vraiment adorée ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la table de billard dans le chalet, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus convivial. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable — nous recommandons sans hésitation !
The host was amazing at accommodating our needs with young children, they had a crib & high chair. The location is beautiful and very close to Boulder Bay. There is no walking distance lake front access but the views are still beautiful. I would recommend this cabin for location, family size, and lounging area in the pool room.

The home is really lovely! Good room sizes and amenities. Beautiful location that was very nice to walk around in. The only updates we felt were needed were in the upstairs bedroom in the back house: the twin beds need to be replaced or have a pad added to them as they were uncomfortable for the people sleeping on them and blinds on the skylights would be great. Overall we all really enjoyed the house and neighborhood and would definitely stay here again.

Got to the check in place first and the place was closed. Staff was nice to let me head to the house and sign the contract electronically instead of waiting for them.
