Two homes on one lot, a short walk from Big Bear Lake. The main house has two King primary suites, each with its own bathroom, plus an open kitchen and living room. The separate guest house has its own game room with a pool table and wood fireplace, a mini kitchen, and 1.5 baths. Hot tub, built-in BBQ and big outdoor deck. Sleeps 10.

THE MAIN HOUSE
The bright, open kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas range, a big island with seating and all the cookware you need. The living room has leather sofas and a large Smart TV, and there's fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout for streaming or remote work.
• Primary suite 1: King bed, desk, private balcony, and a spa-style bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sinks.
• Primary suite 2: King bed, work desk, private balcony and its own full bathroom.
THE GUEST HOUSE
Great for kids, teens or a second family. Downstairs is a game room with a pool table, wood-burning fireplace, TV and a bed, plus a mini kitchen with fridge, stove and coffee maker, and a full bathroom. Upstairs are twin beds under skylights and a half bath.
OUTDOORS
Relax in the private hot tub, cook on the built-in BBQ, and eat together at the big wood dining table on the deck under string lights.

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. You'll have both the main house and the guest house, plus the hot tub, deck and BBQ. Parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property.

• Maximum 10 guests (Big Bear Lake city occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a Big Bear Lake city guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no outdoor fires, per City of Big Bear Lake rules.
• Parking is for up to 4 vehicles on the property (City of Big Bear Lake limit). The city doesn't allow street parking.
• The person booking is responsible for any city fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
A quiet residential street about a 5-minute walk to Big Bear Lake. The Village, restaurants and the ski slopes are less than a 10-minute drive.
Walk to the lake. You'll want a car for the Village and slopes, and Uber is available in Big Bear. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.

The home was clean, plenty of rooms/beds and space. Excellent location to shopping, restaurants and the marina. You can rent a boat or enjoy the pirate ship tour. Bike rentals are close by for a beautiful bike ride, as well. We will return for another relaxing mountain vacation, soon.

La maison est magnifique, idéalement située, avec une agréable petite vue sur le lac. La maison principale est spacieuse et très confortable, avec une grande cuisine parfaitement équipée. Les deux chambres principales sont particulièrement grandes et très propres. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain avec sa baignoire, que j’ai vraiment adorée ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la table de billard dans le chalet, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus convivial. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable — nous recommandons sans hésitation !

There is no walking distance lake front access but the views are still beautiful. I would recommend this cabin for location, family size, and lounging area in the pool room.

Abigail RizoThe home is really lovely! Good room sizes and amenities. Beautiful location that was very nice to walk around in. The only updates we felt were needed were in the upstairs bedroom in the back house: the twin beds need to be replaced or have a pad added to them as they were uncomfortable for the people sleeping on them and blinds on the skylights would be great. Overall we all really enjoyed the house and neighborhood and would definitely stay here again.
