Easy self check-in with a smart lock. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 40-acre property and the home. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, the game room, the expansive deck, the 14-person hot tub, the BBQ grill, and the gas fire pit. Please note that there is no guest access to the garage. No Pets Allowed. Parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Maximum 20 guests (San Bernardino County occupancy limit).
• The person booking must be 25 or older.
• Sorry, no pets, and no smoking.
• No parties or events. This neighborhood has full-time residents, so please keep things tranquil.
• Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub (a San Bernardino County guideline). Sound carries in the mountains.
• No amplified music outside, and no wood fires outdoors, per San Bernardino County rules. The gas fire pit on the deck is fine to use.
• Parking is for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Street and garage parking aren't available.
• The person booking is responsible for any fines for violations.
• Please wash the dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.

We stayed at Mario’s place for my 30th birthday & it was all I could’ve asked for and more. The home is beautiful with so much space for all the guests. Everything was clean. Check-in and check out went very smoothly. We had a little incident where the oven wouldn’t turn on and the host sent someone immediately. They were so helpful and responsive whenever we needed something. We will definitely be staying here again. Plus the property is gorgeous. There is nothing like it.
